Sara Chatwin

Sara is a MindCoach, psychologist and social commentator.
She has had research published in “The Journal of Early Child Development and Care” and the “Down Syndrome Research and Practice Journal” with colleagues from Auckland and Queensland Universities.
Sara was the recipient of the J.V. I Trust Award, FM Bursary, Health Research Council Scholarship and she gained a University of Queensland Scholarship for study conducted with families and children in Queensland.
She has a long history contributing to television, print media and radio shows. Sara is associated with the Global Bodyright Movement, Dove Campaign for Real Beauty and Men's Health Issues including the need for everyone to re-evaluate their relationships with alcohol.
Steve Callinan
Fitness Guru
After graduating with an exercise science degree from Luton, Steve pursued a professional football career, which finally brought him to play for Central in Auckland.
Steve completed a personal training course and has been involved in personalised, individual and team fitness programming for the past 20 years. Steve has been involved with the development programmes for youth soccer players and is regularly asked to present seminars on sport coaching and development.

Dr Tom continues to provide support for youth athletes when the MindWorks Team are presenting seminars and workshops. He is a firm believer that by investing in the mental and physical well-being of youth, we can work toward a positive future for generations to come.
